Subject: New Tunic from Zygote

Following is a new tunic I commissioned from Zygote, that will likely be for sale on their web site soon: woman.gif It's also an avatar on my game, Incarnation. See what I mean about the painted legs? :-/ They're less than perfect with the boots and tunic. I would like some pants tighter than the blue jeans, but not quite as tight as the painted legs used here. ;-) Here's hoping this proves an inspiration to somebody, --Cindy

Wow, nice character. Maybe you should try the Ultramorph woman for P4 (saw it on Freestuff recently). She comes with tons of morphs and one of them is jeans, it will still be painted on but you will be able to adjust how tight they will actually be.

Ooh! AAh! Will go check it out right away. :-) Thanks! Ah, it IS the exact same size as the Poser 4 female is it not, such that clothes designed for the Poser 4 woman will work with this woman? I have been reluctant to use morphs etc. because I need the bust to EXACTLY match, the butt to EXACTLY match, etc. --Cindy

It's the P4 woman only with added morphs, you choose which ones to use. You can even use her as a library of morphs and extract anyone you want to use on another P4 (with morphmanager utility)which is helpful if you don't want a large file full of morphs you don't use. Good luck and let us see the finished version!

Very nice! Where are the boots from? And, can you let us in on how much Zygote charged for creating the Tunic?

Try this for the legs- Use the catsuit legs (thighs and shins, hip if needed)

The boots are from the Zygote costume CD, as are the wristbands. The tunic is from Zygote. I can't divulge particulars on pricing, suffice it to say they're not cheap. :-D But their work isn't 'cheap' either, as we all well know. I CAN divulge that they charge less for non-exclusive work (work they will sell to others on their web page) than exclusive models. Ah ha! The man's tunic and the feathered cap came in tonight as well! :-) Here's a URL for those interested: accident.gif Just a coupla tweaks to go on the man's tunic, and this set of custom models is finished. I bet you guys didn't know some of the Zygote models are available only because I commissioned several 'non-exclusive' bits from them. (I can't afford 'exclusive' pricing. :-/ Egads man!) I consider paying big bux for the initial modelling, so you guys can buy it cheap off their web page, 'my contribution' to the Poser community. :-) So be sure and check it out at Zygote when it becomes available. The tunic has a 'no-belt' and 'belt' morph, an adjustable hemline, a 'round neck' or 'v neck' morph, and accepts a texture map very nicely. Someday I hope to make enough money off of my game, so I CAN commission an exclusive, glorious model... then I can come here and post pictures of it, just to make you all drool. :-D (snicker snort). Ok, so it's getting late, time to go dream of being a legend in my own time (or in my own mind at the very least). --Cindy

Very impressive Cindy, and the animated walk is just perfect. I will certainly keep an eye open for that tunic. Paul

Thanks Paul. After I first posted it earlier tonight, I noticed it was 'less than perfect', so I spent a coupla hours redoing her walk, and updated the picture here in the forum. People will see walking/standing almost ALL THE TIME in my game, so I've really got to 'nail' that pose. The other poses can bear subtle imperfections better, because you don't see them all that often. Thank You Chris Derochie! :-) The new walk designer in Poser 4 is vastly improved and a joy to use now, thanks to your amazing work on the new 'base walks'.
