Traveler has some clothing conversions for Eve 4.0 and the Azura character at his website, Morph World 3.0. I don't know if they'll work with Arduino's Eve, however.
From the perspective of creating erotic content she has individual boobs! So, softbody dynamics become even more interesting. Her buttocks extend more realistically covering the whole of the gluteus maximus, again, when a wave is applied to this and animated you get an effective wobble. ....well it passes the time....!
In my first message, I mentioned the Uzilite panties. While they will work on Posette (at least on the wwgv2 version, they will not work on Eve. When one tries to conform them to Eve and adjust parameters, the panties go crazy, moving in unexpected directions with each twitch of the parameter dials. I don't understand enough about the geometry files to know why this is happening. Any ideas?
I did find a solution for the panties. When they are added to the 'scene' with Eve, instead of 'conforming' them to her, you can assign her hip as 'parent' to the panties 'hip', her buttocks as 'parent' to the panties 'buttock', etc. This after using x,y,z parameters to adjust them to the proper position. After that, they move with her and do not distort as they do when 'conformed'.

I keep hoping that some of you bright, creative people out there will create some decently conformable clothes for the Eve character recently put on free stuff by Arduino. I know that this is the culmination of many people's efforts and several generations of Eve, and it is, to me, the best yet in creating a figure that is ultra-realistic in its anatomy. This includes the motion of the body's joints, which, for the first time, correctly shows the proper motion of the spine when the body bends forward. (Wanna see what I mean? Take a Posette woman and bend her over to touch her toes. Do the same for Eve. Eve's back is a smooth curve, as is a real human's. Posette's is not. It's still curved inward. Not real! Anyway, where are Eve's clothes? No one seems interested in making them. Please, please, make her some things to wear. Something like the recently posted Uzilite panties would be a nice start.
