Unfortunatly my actual physical CDS are gone. An ex-roommate made off with them. I'd rather not remap the clothes - I'd like to be able to distribute them without having to worry about which version of which model to use. I can never remember:) Also UVmapper tends to crash my system. (some sort of bizarre conflict in there. I hate windows) I've already guess-mapped the formal gown so I may just keep doing that. Thanks!
More than one way to skin a cat! Although UVMapper is my fav, there are two other apps posted for creating UV templates: UVEdit and SuperMapper. They should default to the models's original mapping so no concern about conformity. You can use the .OBJ files in your geometries folders, or, if you already ditched them and just have the .RSR's left, Anthony Appleyard recently posted a nifty program for converting .RSR's back into .OBJ files.
I wasn't sure if they would remap or not. I will try the color one. Just picked up a book, "Photoshop 5 3D Textures" by Geoffrey Smith. Title says it all really. :) Up to Chap 4 already - just discussing texture types now. Intermediate photoshop stuff so far - nothing enlightening yet. But it seems to be a good starter for me. Does anyone know of a good source for flower pictures - not roses, sunflowers or pansies? Or leaves not ivy? About the Obj's - I never throw stuff away if it's useful That's what zipdiscs are for. I'm a bit of a packrat when it comes to digital images. :) I still have clipart from WordPerfect 3.1 On a side note - how much trouble will I get in if I sample textures from Michael Whelan's "Summer Queen"? (copyrighted published image) Lots I expect :( What's the legalities on that? like music sampling? There's a bit on the collar that I really want to use. I may just go for 'look&feel'

Hiya! I'm working on texture 'collections' and I was wondering if anyone has templates for the clothing that comes with poser? I have the thinstrap dress template but that's it. The first collection is "nature", very elf/fairy looking. The second will be "Goth" kinda self explanatory, the third may be "Pale Illusions" (pastels/light neutrals) unless I come up with something better. I'll be setting up multiple use textures as well as specific use ones and am learning the fine art of trans mapping. Wheee! (hmmm. maybe "70's" would be a good theme too.) In the Nature collection I currently have 6 dress textures & trans maps done, with about 12 all-use textures. Yes I'll be posting them here as soon as I'm done. :) I may be doing some alt textures for the various fairy wings from Thorne and Renapd. But we'll see. any help with this would be great, Thanks, Lyrra
