How big does the porch have to be and what sort of house? Will this one work?

How about Sams3D? Sharen has a few that might work.... Spectre

PropsGuild has a Swiss chalet with a nice patio and interiors, but the .3ds file needs a lot of work to make it look good in a Poser render (UV-mapping, textures, splitting the vertices to get rid of that rounded look).

DAZ3D has Lifestyle Homes, a fully-equipped house that looks great. I just can't seem to find my way around inside. I swear I'm dense these days.

House is for a poser scene, kinda has to be like a kansas home. that top one looks good.

The year of the home would be 1947 So the house would be pretty basic. Im also wondering if there are 1947 Mp marine military uniforms around, they kinda look like this.

Here is a armie one, I have been unable to find even a picture of a marine one on the net antplace so far from 1947.

If you want to use the house in the image I posted let me know and I'll send it to you. It should work fairly well if you're only going to do exterior shots. I don't have it totally converted for Poser yet, which is why it isn't available anywhere. Kate

If you're looking for military uniforms, you might be interested in PhilC's latest commercial endeavour. They aren't a perfect match, but they're a step in the right direction.

Look here.

Have you taken a look at www.bbay.com and Crowfoot's World War 1 Soldiers. I know it is the wrong war...but the outfits are very close to your picture. Also, the pack is part 3 of his "Amerian Conflict" series, so I bet WWII will be coming soon. At www.3-d-models.com there are a number of choices: a single soldier for $9.00 or 8 soldiers for $49.00 ( all different types) Maybe something will be right for you.
