Took Mrs. PC and the PC rugrats to the Beach today, temperature topped 30 degrees Celsius...thought I'd make a postcardy-thing of some of the happy snaps for you all!

Wife? What wife? Those 3 are sisters, aren't they?!? btw, Cheers PC!!! I've been trying to think of some new shots for the relaxation room of our 2nd building at work (yeah, I'm going in there too!!!) and the bucket & spade has given me a cool idea!!!! (Stupid really - I live 5 mins from a beach, and didn't think of something like that!!! (",)

Life is sooo unfair. I'd give most anything to live 5 minutes away from a really nice beach. (Nearest beach that I love to go to is 4 hours and a ferry ride away.) If I remember correctly, I wished for it last Christmas. Guess I haven't been a good girl last year... (*

Uh GUNSMAN that's not a beach. That's a stream! Bsteph

As if I did not know, but it is the "beach" I have here. Hmmm... I was just a little envious of Camerons summer beach.

Jordy, LOL...I was a understudy for em...oh, hang on that was a different fantasy! I'm glad the bucket and spade gave you some ideas.. Gun, that is a beautiful photo of your stream, on days like we had today, where it reached 37 degrees, I could well be tempted to have a swim there! Star, we live over an hours drive from the beach, but my eldest was invited to stay the night with her Aunt, who lives right near it, so it was a good excuse for a swim! Jo, what is that guy pushing?...I don't think it's a lawn mower!? Everyone else thanks, it was a lovely day, and if I could only win the lottery, I would fly all of you over for a big beach party and good old Ozzie "Shrimps on the Barbie" BBQ! :-)>

starshuffler ( ) posted Sun, 20 January 2002 at 11:10 AM

PunkClown, an hour's drive is still incomparable to 4++ hours and a ferry ride. A day trip going there would be mission impossible, because the ferry's last trip is at around 3pm. But then again, a day's not enough time to spend on a beach... I wish we'd both win the lottery LOL... maybe if my bro takes me to Au. I'll drop you a line. :-) (I promise to be a good girl this year hehe...)

PunkClown ( ) posted Sun, 20 January 2002 at 5:35 PM

You're right Star, with 4 hours and a ferry ride, you would want to stay at least a week! So you promise to be a good girl this year? I've heard that one before!! LOL!...do drop us a line if you heading "down under" :-)>
