Hi! Does anyone know where I can find a soap suds or soap bubbles or lather prop? I'm looking for something that could be applied to the body to give the look of being soaped up in the shower!

Nope, that's a new one. You can mess around with material settings to make a character glossy and wet-looking, but I don't recall seeing any soapsuds props.

Maybe you could achieve a foamy effect with the catsuit, a custom transmap, and a bump map.

I did these a couple of years back, thought they were still in the freestuff but apparently not. Its not rocket science, just some spheres, transparency and a reflection map. If you'd like to drop me an email I'll staple the files to the return :)

I know this may sound crude, but I used the P4 Male Genital hairs-balls someone made in free stuff and changed (like Phil says) the texture, color, etc and used them for soapsudes in a bathtub and for cool bubbles in a witch's cauldren.
