I saw a figure that required it and said it was free but I have no Idea where to find it.

Light Edition - the Vicki P4 model WITHOUT all the morphs. It's available for free from Daz at the Victoria page, but requires a full Victoria be installed. It's the equivalent of the Vicky 1 model, allowing you to ship Vicky p4 figures bouilt on it as a morphed cr rather than as a pose file.
