This there a utility to convert Real ra files to Wave format? Thanks Pinto

If you have WinAmp, you can download the Tara Audio Video input plugin, which allows you to play RealAudio and RealVideo files. WinAmp can output to .wav and .mp3. 100% freeware.

U can also download "TINRA" from divx-digest. Its a freeware for converting Real to AVI.

Theres plenty of software like RealProducer or Cleaner or Ulead Media STudio.........CONVERT avi TO REAL Format :-) royloo

I downloaded the TARA plug-in you suggested and it worked great. Then I removed RealAudio from my system, and now when I load the TARA plug-in and try to play an ra file WnAmp gives me a message that I need Real Player to run this plug-in. Do I need both programs on my system to make this work? Doesn't sound right. But I really haven't figured out WinAMp. Thanks for your help. Reagrds, Pinto
