I threw these pics together REALLY quick so forgive the quality.... Well the title is kinda misleading for I can't say it was meant for the man buuut..... The first day I downloaded Nene411SE I started playing with her hair and discovered a base underneath the longer layers... I proceed to get many ideas from this since the texture & model is so outstanding... I've been wanting a short Transparent male hair but haven't seen any as of yet so I used Nene's base hair instead... I tried it on the baby and it was cute if you like an Elvis baby, but perfect for the Poser Man..Someone else on another forum discovered this *secret* hair too and suggested it would make a great female wet hair look .. This prompt me to post this for others who have not discovered the base of Nene's hair and the possibilities you can have with it... You also can change the color by playing with the ambient in your Poser 4 (I learned that here on the forum) ..... Kozaburo and Yamato yawl got it goin' on! ... Thanks guys.. =) Standard Default Poser 4 man/no morphs Hair by Kozaburo and Yamato Male Textured by Melanie Cycle Shorts by Steve Shanks from the Poser World CD Morph Chain by Headhunter Ankhs by -3-

And Kozaburo, I think, used it in one of his images--it was beautiful. This is a good idea for the man--I also wonder if its possible to run the base through UVMapper, get a template for it and do a different texture? I haven't tried it--just the thought occurred to me. Diane B

Yes you can Diane.... *Quote from kozaburo "The UVMap of the "base" props was created in UVMapper as a "Sphelical" map. ...and Alignment was Y-axis (ExportMap size 1000x500)" But he goes on to say *Quote "Though making a Texture Map is very hard like a nightmare." Your also right about him using it in his images but they were with buns and ponytails.. I don't know if a lot of people who have Nene's hair realize they have this gem underneath the other two layers... I just deleted the first two layers and found it... I hadn't a clue till I did.. =) ~Cindy

Great idea, thanks for sharing. I had tried the base on Nene herself but never thought of the poor poser dude. I wonder if the ponytail could be attached somehow and mapped.

Actually it's perfect for a "slicked" look, or a swimmer! And the hair line is what a man's look's like. Women have a more curved line that meets in the middle to some degree. This is something to be further investigated and expanded!
