I think it would work, it might stop the place going stale and turning into a fast food...er...fast art franchise!? I can only presume its due to the things being said about 'Rosity and censorship, since no one has said differently to my knowledge. Kind of a "we'll take our ball and go home" attitude, isn't it? So who's the drama queen? On a sidebar, isn't it interesting that the actor Hugo Weaving was both Mitzi the sexually confused drag queen in that Priscilla movie and the feared Agent Smith in The Matrix? ("Goodbye....Mr. Anderson...") Okay he's in Lord of the Rings as well... I just found it amusing. Of course isn't it also Terrance Stamp in Priscilla too? As a transexual? And he's probably best known for playing General Zod in Superman II. But I digress. Bring back our forum! (sob sob)

Hiya Buddha, No, it wasn't the cencorship thing, really. What it was, was the way that everyone (not EVERYone, of course) got out of hand. I enjoyed C&D too, until recently, but just like in Real Life, sometimes the easy road need be taken. I don't think there's anyone who wanted to see C&D die, at least not the C&D that could have been, but the C&D that it became, was just a bit much. Not a good answer, I know, but it's all that I got, considering it's late and I'm tired, but IMO people deserve at least some sort of answer.

Oh gods... don't get me started Buddah. I have a two page list of wise ass titles that people have coined describing C&D over the pst two years. A lot of them are hilarious. shrug I said a long time ago: we either police ourselves or big brother does it for us. That's been the rule of the net for as long as I've been on, and every time I've seen the regulars of a forum or board forget it - Big Bro damn sure does. Way it goes. I'm not gonna apologise or justify on it. I've been as much a part of the atmosphere there as anyone else for a long time - and I've savaged my share of people that wandered in.

But I will crack wise on it like I do everything else. Fair 'nuff? ;]

Where has the C&D forum gone, Helen wondered. Very strange indeed she thought. She scratched her head and was more than puzzled by its sudden disappearance. She rubbed her eyes, thinking she had not seen correctly. Nope still missing. Shaking the monitor vigourously had not worked either. She had to face the aweful truth. C&D had been stolen. I must get to the bottom of this she thought. Provisions were packed in a hasty fashion and off she set, vowing to find out the cause of this anomaly. Helen would not be swayed from her course until she had an answer. After some nifty detective work and many wrong turns, Helen found herself in the Community Improvement Ideas Forum! Where she asked ..... "Humm ok did I miss something?" _____________________________________ Seriously though folks... Has C&D been given the boot?? If this is the case won't it only create the problem that existed before its inception??? People complaining and debating in all the other forums.
