If youre looking for Speedo-like stuff, that can be painted directly on a copy of the body texture. If you want baggy-style stuff, retexture the shorts in the clothing pak.

PhilC has some free boxers for Michael over at Turbo Squid. If you don't like the Union Jack motif, ronstuff has additional textures here in Free Stuff.

You could always use the grouping tool to add a new material in the hip area.
