Well, I've done some work with the demo, and I'm impressed enough to have ordered the full version of Vue 4. I had to mail a check, so it'll probably be a week or so... (I'm counting hours) Love that multi-threading, as I use a BP6-based dual-Celeron system. In the meantime, this is one of my favorites I've done with the demo. I haven't done anything elaborate, since the demo can't save. This is probably 15-20 minutes of work, with no postwork. If you like this, let me know, and check my gallery over the next few weeks for my initial forays into the worlds of Vue.

Hello Tiggerbear, and welcome. :) That's pretty good, and you seem to have gotten things under control in the atmosphere editor very quickly. I love the colors. Will be looking out for your work here. Meanwhile, if you haven't already, you might want to look over the links in the box above the forum here, especially the Vue Annex pages. It's a whole other world in there, with links to all our activities, and all kinds of tips and answers to questions we've all had. And we're still waiting... But fun with the demo continues! I like this one enough I'll probably rework the concept in a larger format once I get the full version. I was playing with depth-of-field (note the blurred foreground branches) and volumetrics, and this was the result.
