Tried is the word here. Once I entered my credit card information, address, phone#, ect., ect and clicked on Make Secure Purchase . I got the "Page Cannot be Displayed" message... did it process my order? and if so...where do I download it? This is very frustrating and only lends itself to my fear of making on-line purchases. -disgusted Monketsu

Ok I have been patient.I want some resolution to this immidiately. An e-mail telling me it's being looked into, a response here, ANYTHING. This is a totally ridiculous way to treat customers.

ladynimue, I appreciate the support and I will try to remain reasonable. However, as is often the case, first impressions are hard to shake. Just a simple e-mail saying it's being looked into or even a polite "shut-up and wait in line" would be appreciated. :) -Monketsu "Twiddling my thumbs semi-patiently" Okemasa

Hello Monketsu - my appologies with the delay. As ladynimue mentioned, we are inundated with members trying to get their order. For you paticular problem, please make sure you are using an updated browser, the security settings are on default. Most of the page cannot be displayed problems are due to browser capatiblity. If that's not the case, let me know. yvette

As of yet, I still cannot get in. I am using I.E. explorer with medium security settings.(all forms of ssl are enabled) I continually get the error message "The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please try the following: Click the Refresh button, or try again later. If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly. To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings. If you would like Windows to try and discover them, click Detect Network Settings Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed. If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0. Click the Back button to try another link." The link I am directed to is https://secure.bondware.com/~poser/checkout.ez Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer Any advice? I would really like to purchase "JKeller's Rogue Costume Pack For Michael" today.

Ok I figured it out. By defualt I.E. uses lower encryption then 128 bit, you MUST download the update at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp I was able to purchase immidiately after restart.

Thank you for letting us know. May I ask what encryption rate the default was set to? Ours should accomodate lower ones. thanks, yvette
