Do a forum search for Crosstalk or the Null figure. Couple of long threads about solving it. I just barely managed to bring my learning curve up to make it work, so there are definitely others who have explained it better before me.

Funny you should ask that, this little green duck was reading through the tutorials and FAQ's in Free Stuff here last night and saw the answer to that exact problem. You will have to research through them and I think there is a patch link available for Michael/Vicky if memory serves me right. Still on the topic, I went into Melbourne's largest computer bookshop yesterday asking for Poser4 books, there were thousands of pricey volumes on other graphic software but only one book on Pro-pack here.
