I've been purchasing from Renderosity (Poser Forum-originally) for almost 2 years. I came to this forum tonight to ask how long before y'all ran out of changes? (Seems like y'all are changin' things around every coupla days.) While reading through all of the angry messages, I started feeling a bit exasperated. (And I don't even have to reply to them.) SO.... I would like to take this time to let you know that we DO appreciate all of the hard work, and time you've done on our behalf. And despite the trying times, we ARE grateful that you are able to maintain your poise, and civil attitude, despite the annoying events. SO.... Thanx for the help you've given in the past. Thanx for your efforts today. And thanx for not quitting before the next wave hits! Thank YOU, very much, Vette!

I second the motion! Kudos are well deserved! I've bought around 300 items from the Marketplace here. Now & again (actually a failrly small percent of the time) there's a question, tech glitch, or some problem. I don't really know what the internal structure/hierarchy is at the Marketplace (or Renderosity as a whole, for that matter :-)), but I have never had any slightest question or concern (let alone real problems) go unresolved for any unreasonable length of time! I don't know how many people have to pitch in to accomplish this, but Vette is the one who usually signs the feedback I get, so I'll just say; Kudos & gratitude to Vette & all!

I realize that all members don't check this forum regularly (I only click in every few weeks). I kinda wish it was in the Poser forum, so more members could see such positive feedback, & perhaps add theirs! Say; here's a suggestion; on the opening page, or in the newsletter, how about a "employees favorite threads of the week" link or some such so more could see positive things. It could also include links to threads that cause real improvements, threads that reveal great new tips, or links to new sites or tutorials. I've always thought that the ability to imbed a link to a thread was a really great feature here, & tremendously underused by Renderosity as a whole (aside from ebot alerts).

Thanks for the suggestions! I think that would be a great feature to the newsletter. I appreciate the support and kind words. The entire admin team put in a lot of time and effort to keep this place going 24/7 and we appreciate the patience of our members when things don't always go as planned :)!! yvette
