Subject: Dog Poses?

Does this look like the pose your dog friend does when he/she wants to play? Should the head be lower? Suggestions are needed! Joan

Yes, the head should be lower given that this is a hound, the chin should almost rest on the elbows. Bring the whole neck down to a slope towards the gound, nose down, eyes up. Also, when they're paying attention, intent on the tennis ball you're about to throw, they stop wagging ther tails the tail goes down, almost parallel to the ground, and is held still. This is just from my own observations of dogs at play! I have 2 myself and spend every afternoon in the park with others.
