Subject: Using magnets

I just got Poser 4 and I was playing around with it, and I've been having troubles with magnets. I can't lock them to the figure. Whenever I move the model, the magnets won't move with it. They just stay there floating in space. What do I have to do? Luke de Sade.

Parent the Mag Base to the model/bodypart. Usually though, you select a body part then create a magnet from the menu and it's automatically parented.

Thing is, I downloaded some breast magnets and applied it to the model. Then, if I move the model, the magnets won't move with it. I think I tried parenting the Mag Base to the body part (chest), but I don't think it worked. I really don't remember, since I tried that late at night and I'm at work now. Gonna have to try that when I get home.

If they are for the breasts,they should be parented to the collars

Left collar/right collar for Victoria Chest for P4 nude woman. Surely it's only the Mag zone which needs to move with the figure, have you tried parenting that?

I'll have to try that in about two/three hours after I get off work. Thanks a lot, anyway. If I have any other problems, I will let you guys know.

I noticed that the Mag Zone is not parented to the Mag Base. It will need to be parented to the particular body part or the mag base. At least that is what I noticed. I have some free breast mags at Spectreware.com. You can download them at take a look at how the parent to the body.

Ok, I already parented the mag zone to the chest area and then I parented the mag base to the mag zone and presto! It works! It really works! Mwahahahahaha! Ok, now I need to learn how to use magnets properly to fix clothing.
