Wow Sharen, that's beautiful, thanks!

I echo Mike's sentiments. How did you get it to look so solid and real? Wonderful 10/10. Lol

Thanks, I really like it !

SAMS3D ( ) posted Sat, 16 February 2002 at 8:30 AM

Jilly, it is solid (so to speak 3d Solid) and the textures I actually made myself. Sharen Mike draws all our models in Solid, subtracts material, so there is no mesh. To speak off that is why they look so solid. Sharen

'Afternoon Sharon . . . 8^) WoW, what a beautiful & ornate Lamp Post! I would sure like to have this object, but before I download your lamp post, could you please tell me if it is "110 or 220" volts? I only have 110 volts ready for additional fixtures. . . :^O Thank you very much Sharon & you have a good one . . . Mark. . . ;^) PS: ( What 3D modeling program do you use for making these wonderful models? )

MikeJ ( ) posted Sat, 16 February 2002 at 3:36 PM

They use AutoCAD

SAMS3D ( ) posted Sat, 16 February 2002 at 3:48 PM

Like MikeJ said, AutoCAD....I am so glad you like it. It is 110 volt, so you can use it safely...LOL Sharen

MikeJ ( ) posted Sat, 16 February 2002 at 4:01 PM

But, in reality, it would probably be 480v on 3 phase. ;)
