I've already said this a couple times. Perhaps you will agree that Compliments are worth repeating?! I've read this entire forum in one sitting. It appears the biggest problem is difficulty in making online purchases. I've seen this staff help with efficiency and courtesy. I couldn't help notice there were almost no complaints about the products themselves. That speaks very highly for Renderosity and the merchants as well. Rederosity has been my "Online Home" for about a year now. I've just seen one more reason to keep it that way. Thanks again. Ron

Thank you ron for the kind words :) As we (renderosity) continue to develop our online purchasing process we do encounter growing pains. I will have to say that our customers are very patient with us! And in return, we try very hard to respond quickly. I hope Renderosity will be your "virtual" home for many years to come :) yvette

We share something in common. I've worked "in the service field" for many years. I've experienced the gamut from horridly abusive customers to the sweetest people you'll ever meet. In the "service field," it is especially important to recognize those who provide us with excellent support. I remember how one good compliment made me feel so much better sometimes. I'm sorry, I'm babbling. It's been a long day. I hope you understand what I'm saying. I make it a point to recognize superior service when I see it. Thanks again. Ron
