how about we forget about all the slanging threads, just ignore them and get on with the serious business of being all friends and neighbours. Can I get you all to make that a belated New Year Resolution.???? please and that's a big pretty please.

yeah, I guess i shouldn't have responded to that last post but it just angers me to see any artist trashed you know??

Yes but aren't we all big enough to rise up above that, shrug our shoulders and say wot the heck and say we are not going to lower ourselves to their standard.

I agree, I've been here only a year at the most but have always found everyone to be helpful to me. A few months ago I fell into such a state of depression over the death of a brother I served with in the military,then the events of Sept 11th. I had such feeling useless becuase I am now too old to serve my country as I did in the past,I didn't want to do anything nor post any of my work here and I just wanted to drift away. But words of great comfort from friends I have made here changed that. Many thanks to all. Sealtm2

Well, it would have been better if Pam(?) hadn't used the diminuitive to refer to the rest of us females. Nobody calls me a girl if they want MY respect in turn. However, I agree with the sense of the message. Carolly
