Subject: Texture maping in Poser 4

I really hate Posers texture make functionality. The default floor and texture are fine when using defaults but if you increase the size of the floor the texture gets really stretched. I think it was stupid for meta to not include tileing abilility. I took the default floor texture and tiled it together with 3 other duplicate tiles and it still looks awfully stretched out. It appears that if you want to make a long wall(like a hallway wall) you have to make an incredibly large texture. Is this the case or do I just not know what I am doing.

Couldn't one use the grouping tool to assign multiple maps to one prop? (You might have to substitute a one sided square for the ground to make that work.) If I wasn't super-work-schedule right now, I might give that a try immediately. -Darth_Logice

Had the same problem, I ended up taking the texture into photo shop and tileing it to fit my project. For someone who has used 3ds Max for awile this process was a pain! I think they need to work on that part of the program. And yes I know the same work could be done in "Bryce" but I would like to be able to it in poser :)
