some users has problems in rendering panoramic views in 4.05-02. For me it works fine under Win 98, but under XP distorsion and other funny things were reported. Could you please check out, also with Win2K ? Thanks, Guitta

Guitta, how is the new update, seems to be corrected other than these panoramic views? And I must thank you and the brave souls who usually try these updates first and report any problems, saves me lots of time if I know it is safe...so thank you to you all. Sharen

Sharen, thanks:-). I have not tried yet every thing. But the most bugs are fixed an I'm very happy with the 05 update. The only thing until now I found for myself is, that there is no possibility to save avi files. Some users with XP seems to have the problem described above with panoramics. I have not heared yet from other problems. Anyhow, I think it absolutely worth the update (take the full update, not the incremential!) if you do not care for animations and panoramics. e-on sure will fix it soon, as they know about it. 'Morning Guitta . . . . . 8^) I just gave the "panoramic" render a try in Vue 4.05-2 & it worked fine on my system = Windows 98SE. Hi Sharen . . . . . So far the problems I'm having with the Vue 4.05-02 update patch are = can't import .COB files / having problems using an imported object for Boolean Difference with a native Vue object / some problems with Vue trying to understand links to folders = example: double clicking on a folder from with-in Vue 4.05-02 gives me an error message that I don't have a removable Zip in my "F" drive, but the link for that folder is not to the "F" drive, it's to my hard-drive "C". But, I've noticed that everyone's system does not act in the same way, so for some users the update patch 4.05-02 works fine. Very mysterious - indeed. . . . :^O Anyway you two have a good one . . . Mark. . . . ;^)
