Hey all, seeking some help here and was hoping that someone might be able to aid me. Okay, before someone takes this as a request for warez!!!!! My computer horked a bit ago, taking with it a large amount of poser files and I've been in the process of transfering what is left and what I had archived onto my new hard drive. Anyway, I thought I had finished, but in playing around with a new scene I found a mat file that I didn't remember having tried before. In playing with it, I'm now getting a computer hopelessly searching for 'Kain's' texture files.....Can anyone tell me who the artist was and where I can get a replacement set.... (assuming it's free) ..... If it's not free, I'm still interested, though I am curious how it ended up on my computer.... must have come with one of my purchases I'm guessing if that is the case. Either way I've as yet been unable to find any reference to a character named 'Kain' in either the free or sale areas.... I though Syyd Raven did it, but I'm not certain.... any help would be appriciated!!! Thanks Lilfox

Okay, the memory might be shaky here, but... I think there were two Kains, actually. The well known is by someone like Syyd (although for some reason, I keep thinking this was a Catherina job -- maybe I'm wrong. Most likely I am.). But there was another one for the P4guy as well; I found it on a freestuff site maybe eight or nine months ago. I'll try and sort through everything tonight to find it.

Actually VS u have it right. There are indeed 3 kanes. Two spelt the same 'Kain' and one spelt Kane. Kane (for michael) was released by Syyd Raven. Kain for michael was by Catherina, and there is or was a p4 kain in poser freebies as well. I hope this helps.

There was a set of free MAT files for Catherina's textures posted in FreeStuff some time back. If you still want that or any of her textures, I think it's available to members only at Mecom3d, her new site.

cries okay, one more question..... I've somehow horked something up on Poser, the starting file is bigger than the window.... I can make the file smaller, but it just gets smaller off screen, I can't seem to move it and shrink it at once.... Help....

LOL -- go to "window" and reset the window size.

1. • Click on File->New 2) - or Edit->General Preferences->Launch to Factory State - & then close & restart Poser. 3) - or open any PZ3 you've recently saved. One of these usually works.

Hmmms okay, tried both of those.... it's not working.... resizing it just sent it really really tiny up and off the screen till all that was visable was a little right hand corner..... tried new and pref resetting..... and then tried a pz3... and multiple restarts.....Though somehow my husband just walked by and whacked it and made it run.... Hugs all and thanks for the suggestions... he said he resized the main window of poser, shut it down and then restarted it.... that's just weird..... hugs and thanks you all so much!!!!!!!! really appriciate it
