Subject: New MarketPlace Manager

I need to announce some changes to the admin team and our respective responsiblities. ClintH will be the new MarketPlace Manager effective March 1st. Clint has been with Renderosity almost since day one and has been an important part of the team leading Renderosity through this unprecidented growth period. I will be stepping down from my admin duties here at Renderosity. Many of you know that I live several miles away from Bondware's home office. I have been offered, and accepted, a position as CEO/Hospital Administrator for the hospital in my home town. The first online community I worked with was in healthcare and it led me to Bondware. This is the only job that would even tempt me away from Bondware/Renderosity. I believe very strongly in the community concept and think that Renderosity hasn't come close to reaching its potential!! I will be transitioning my responsibilities to Clint over the next week or so. In return, audre and Spike will be sharing all the things that Clint used to do. I have enjoyed the past year and learned alot from each of you. I expect to hear great things about Renderosity and will be keeping an eye on things from a non admin perspective :) Please join me in welcoming Clint as the new MarketPlace Manager!!

I'm not sure if I should congradulate Clint. Or give him my condolences. ;-) Sounds like you found an incredible job opportunity Yvette. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for being so nice and helpful while you were with us, ScottA

I think that it's a sad day when someone as helpful and caring as vette has to leave, but that hospital is gaining a new and sensetive person to fill a needed position.. Good luck !!! :) I am not too sure tho that Clint can fit into your shoes... or even that he wears highheels * evil grin* Congratulations to Audre and Spike... may they never run out of cheezibits while adminning(is that a word?) lol welcome, gooddbye..........

Vette, You've always been a tremendous help every time I've had any problems or questions regarding the MarketPlace, I'm sorry to hear you're leaving, but I'm sure you're excited at the wonderful new opportunities you're accepting. Congratulations & good luck! ClintH, You've got some pretty big shoes to fill, when vette goes, but I know you'll do well. Good luck to you!

Congrats to both Clint and you and I'm sorry to see you go Vette. You have been so helpful to me more times than I can count and I want to express to you my appreciation for all that you have done on my behalf. Our loss will certainly be the hospital's gain however and my best wishes to you in that endeavor.

Vette, you have always been wonderful whenever I had a problem and I thank you for that. You will be missed, but the new position sounds great and it sounds like you are excited! We'll miss you around here, don't be a stranger and post so we can know how your new position is going.. :) Take care of yourself! Pendy
