but maybe continue moving the left wing a bit more? The head and mouth movements look natural, but I was drawn to the wing when it stopped moving.

i like it, too. bu jbtrimar is right. the left wing should keep moving during all frames. great job Ikyoto!

Hey Ikyoto, According to IE5 I'm not authorised to go to that site (403 error .... forbidden) My security settings are set pretty low too. What's happening, I really would like to see this avi.
