from the main 3 categories animation is dealing with: tv, movies and games -which one of these offer a better payment for its animators?

Movies and TV without a doubt offer the best rates.

get a job in any one of them first before youj start worrying about the payment for them. The best animator in games will get paid a lot more than someone just average in tv. Do what yer best at, and if u get paid for, count yerself lucky.
