My computer is now working again! Took beyond forever, but i got it working again last night (did it while i watched Team Canada kick all your @$$e$!!! GOLD GOLD GOLD GOLD!!!!! Who da man? CANADA DA MAN! I never saw so many canadian flags draped over students in one day at my college as I have today.). Right now I'm downlaoding all the drivers and software I need to get it completely running agani (in a computer lab right now). After my 6pm class, I'm off to a physical at the drug pharm, and then I'll be on the puter all night getting everything installed and configured. Back to Win 98 incidently. I want my dual monitor setup, and me thinks I can finally get the 3rd monitor working tonight. Triple monitor setup, baby.... OHHHHH BABY!

I watched. It's true, you guys sort of dominated the whole game. I don't follow the game that closely, but fairly early into the game I was thinking "Oh-oh, this doesn't look good for the old red-white-and-blue". Joe

Both countries had a EXCELLENT Olympic tounament. What a GREAT showcase for the sport of hockey. I'm an American, but feel great about the fact that Canada won the gold. Plus the fact that Mario Lemieux has always been one of my Hockey heroes. (Gretzky too). The US wanted to win, Canada HAD to win. congrats.

Big head - did Punky ram it down our throats when that Aussie won gold in the speed skating? no.... tch..... (There again, the very thought of it.... An AUSTRALIAN?!?) And anyways, everyone in the UK remembers 'Eddie the Eagle' Edwards coz he came LAST in ski jumping a few years back - but no-one can tell you who got the gold then.....lol (",)

this is SOOOO sweet! I couldn't get the tri-monitor setup going, the archais Diamond S3 Trio card doesn't support multi-monitor rigs, so oh well. I got a monitor sitting next to me just WAITING for the Radeon VE Dual display card... Gonna need a monitor upgrade, a nice 17 incher... This rawks. I just need to find a new isp (shhhh, bell made a mistake with my connections, so I'm surfing for free right now. Gonna change that tomorrow though, bell's too damn expensive anyways). Unfortunately, I had to format my hard drives to get the box going, so I lost ALLLLLL my mp3s (aside from my trance mp3s which I burned to cd. Infected Mushroom are the GODS of trance by the way, check 'em out at mp3.com). Listening to a White Zombie cd now. Me thinks I might convert most of my cds to mp3, and make a cd out of it all to save me the trouble. This is sweet. 2 Monitors, 2 HDs (only one installed, but that's because I can't find the drivers for the other one... patience mah friend), 2 cd drives (one burner), and, -GASP!- TWO SPEAKERS!!!! I also got two hands, two eyes, two legs, and two ears, but last I checked, I lost my second wee-wee (figure of speech, it ain't "wee", really, I swear!). I will now once again get back to mocking Jordy's accent at regular intervals.
