can anyone show me a tutorial or jsut explain an easier way to animate. i assume there must be an easier way than going frame by frame. In maya it has something with key frames and stuff that does most of the animation for me. is there something like that in poser, and how do i use it,

Poser4 also uses keyframes for animation. The animation controls are accessible at the bottom of the screen; the animation pallete is accessible from the Windows menu at the top. Chapters 10 & 11 of the P4 manual, which is also a help file in Poser 4 (Adobe Acrobat format), walk you through animation setup, keyframes, interpolation, etc., w/plenty of pictures.

I'm not sure about this(never really done any animating in Poser), but I believe it will read in .bvh files. So if you can place markers on a person you can capture their movements. Of course, you need access to the hardware/software to do this. Not cheap!
