Here's another one. Still have some tweaking to do on the candle flames, possibly post-work. Also going to add architectural details. Anybody recognize the book?

This image makes me breathe deeply, with a sense of reverence, much like viewing an old Dutch painting. If this is the effect you're working for, you've definitely got it!

Wow, thanks. That's a very high compliment. I guess I do have a fondness for Rembrandt, Vermeer and those guys. They had such a way with light!

Hi, Great work. But I think there would be 3 books on the desk or do you work on a french rituel? Is the place -you have modelled- scene of the blue lodges or the red logdes? Thanx
