I just heard back from Steve Bell of E-on and they are looking into taking payments via Paypal :) He says that the costs arn't too great and he'll let me know as soon as they make a desision. Now THATs customer serveice:)

Thyat sounds great Alla, and I hope they go for it. It certainly wouldn't hurt them any, plus it's nice to hear these stories of when they're being good to us. Thanks for posting this. :)

Paypal takes your plastic, but if your package is lost in shipment or you're buying from a shifty company you have absolutely none of the protections that come from buying through secure systems such as kagi. My sister works for eBay, and she says the daily number of paypal related complaints is quite large.
