Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 06 7:01 am)
Wow, the samurai stuff was here MONTHS ago (roughly a year ago!), back when Willow ran the place. I downloaded most of it, but that was before I had my system go haywire. I kept a few pieces (the helmet mostly, which I have on a figure and SHOULD be able to track down...). If it's not still on Free Stuff let me know, and I'll see if I can find it. It may have migrated over to the Parts Guild, now that I think about it.

Hi Forum, The Pope here. I've been working for awhile now with Poser, and have started using it to create new Units for the very popular game Myth2. A Total Conversion of Myth2 into another Genre of Gameplay is not just allowed but encouraged by Bungie software, the game's maker. To that end, they included Game Development tools with the game, and opened up a whole new world for Users. What I'm hoping for, is to find some folks who might be interested in assisting me in creating a few Feudal Japanese characters. Fortunately, the size that the character appears in Myth Gameplay is actually relatively small...less than 100 pixels tall. So that means the characters could be created using basic Poser figures, but with broad-stroke concepts used to convey the theme. Such as simple Samuri Armor. Sadly, I don't do Models, or I could of course just whip up the stuff I need as Obj or dxf, import, set object parent and go... If there are any Myth2 players out there that read this forum, consider it an invitation. Thanks for the time...email to pontif@mail.com Bye! Pope
