Member - DRKAnGeL200 was banned due to communicating using warez. Renderosity maintains a zero tolerance with warez.

"due to communicating using warez" I am not quite sure what this means. I am an ESL person, and, well, to me this means this person said they used/use warez...yes?

Does that they accessed Renderosity using unauthorized software as a net accesser? How can you distinguish that?

Since when was any of this added to the TOS? TOS: "Soliciting or Trading of any products illegally." The TOS doesn't cover "using" warez or "talking" about warez, only trying to trade them on Renderosity.

Sorry if I did not communicate this correctly. The member was in chat discussing downloading a warez vicki product from a website and asking where things were suppose to go within the folders. thanks tammy

Hey, russ... I was there when it happened..and he did violate the TOS by telling the ppl in the chatroom exactly where he got the illegal copy at. just trying to clear things up...tammyc didn't redefine the TOS but merely enforced it...kudos

yes rcook I was the original person that contacted tammy ... drk in fact advertosed in a manner of how to get various warez poser and other files.... most know of that method .. but not all do. I will not post the method used as not everyone knows of it and it may inadvertantly advertise to others how to do such. I also gave tammy a couple of other people who witnessed that happening as well for purposes of not being considered a my word against his issue. He infact abruptly broke the TOS that I always assumed existed. Such as telling other how to get warezed files.
