-or-
"geep" - the shortest term mod in the history of R'osity?
Dear friends,
I'm sorry guys but I have requested to step down and NOT be a moderator for the Poser Forum and here is why:
I have a brand new system. - (YEA!).
The new system has many bugs. (don't they always?) - (BOO!)
My ISP is becoming less and less reliable - (BOO!)
The quality of my telephone line is poor. (BOO!)
(remember the "300 baud" modem? - well, it's better than that (but, not much))
(and yes, I have investigated alternatives - cable, et al.)
(none of them are available in my rural area)
Because of the above conditions, I can not do an effective job as a moderator here at this time and so I have requested that I be un-mod-ed. <----(if that's a word)
Look on the bright side ... I'll still be here wise cracking and causing problems(?) - maybe even helping to solve a few. ;=]
I might even try to do another UVMapper Pro contest. Who knows?
I would like to thank all those who responded with the "congrats" messages but it would appear that they were extremely premature.
Perhaps in the future ...
With sincere apologies,
dr geep
