Subject: How do I use the Stephanie Voucher

Hi All - The Java scripts at DAZ's site aren't all working on my computer so I can't get the FAQ on how to use the Stephanie voucher to pop up. I tried enteering the Code into the coupon area, but it still says it will charge my credit card 29.95. Maybe I am doing this worng? Where do I enter my code, and should it say it is charging me? Thanks. Aharon

You have to enter the code into the area below where it says Gift certificate (or something like that) - then it will work.

I haven't tried it yet but it seems you have to enter it in the gift certificate area :) Hope that works! :)

put your number in the gift certificate box, then press the redeem gift certificate button.

You still have to enter your credit card info, but you don't get charged for Stephanie. I didn't realize this until I was halfway through the procedure. Melanie

Well your advice worked - sort of. After I eneterd it, I got the "Your purchase is complete..." etc - but no Download info popped up. I checked my email, and I did get an emaile entitled DAZ download information - but it sait that I'd find the DL URL below - and that I could only use it twice, but it got cut off, and there is no URL in the actual email. What gives? I emailed them to let them know. Thanks. Aharon.

Go to your purchase history at DAZ and you can download it from there. I bought the Stephanie textures and got the same problem. I went into my purhcase history and clicked n the link and it let me download it from there. Melanie
