So far I have managed to download a few free Stephanie items. I have a Stephanie texture, a set of 46 Stephanie morphs, and a texture template for Stephanie. Problem is, I don't have Stephanie the model! I never ordered MIchael2. I suppose I should, if for no other reason to support the industry. I guess I am having too much fun working with Vicki 2 and her 175 face morphs. My question is: Can anyone get Vicki2 to look like Stephanie?

Sorry, but as I understand it, you're out of luck trying to apply Stephanie's morphs and textures to Victoria. Although Stephanie can use Victoria's props and wear her clothes, Stephanie is built of Michael 2's geometry. Actually I just wonder if you can combine Vicki2's face morphs to make her look like Stephanie. The Stephanie morphs are at Morph World 3 Http://www.MorphWorld30.com/

The Steph Morphs at Morph World won't work on Vickie. You could transfer them to mike, although the results may be a bit odd.

heyas; you don't have to buy michael 2 to get stephanie. you can just buy stephanie. (er... i think.... never did check and see if stephanie requires m2 pre-installed.) (and why the dip didnt they just call her michelle!? or some SHORT name? sheesh.)

I checked with DAZ. They said you can buy Stephanie (I think she's $29.95), wihtout previously having bought Michael. - JimX

She's a whole separate character and doesn't need Mike to work. You can buy her for $29.95, but I would actually suggest getting Michael 2 before March 18 and you can get Stephanie free with him. Two for the price of one. Stephanie has her own unique face and I don't think Vicki's standard morphs will achieve a Stephanie look, if that's what you meant. Melanie

I guess that female 3d characters are more popular than male characters. I see more gallery pictures of 3d women, and both sites seem to carry more 3d items for women. I guess Stephanie is pretty popular already.

Jerr, that's probably because there might be more male Poser users than female. As a woman, I tend to do mostly images of men, but I do use women occasionally. I usually base my characters on my fiction stories. I use Poser as a tool to "see" what the characters in my stories look like, so I can describe them better. But you're right, there does seem to be a plethora of female characters in the galleries. I'd really like to see more male characters. I kind of hope DAZ will bring out a companion male figure who isn't Michael, just to add some more variety to the cast of characters. Melanie
