Subject: OT: What happened to Right Hemisphere?

Kiera ( ) posted Mon, 11 March 2002 at 10:29 AM · edited Tue, 11 February 2025 at 11:31 AM

I was going to surf around Right Hemisphere today because I was thinking of picking up Deep Paint 3D w/ Texture Weapons when I get paid for this consulting gig I am doing. To my surprise, the web site is gone and all the listed directories are password protected. Anyone know what happened?

They're back. You may have caught them while the webmaster was updating the site.

It works for me as well. Try going to something like yahoo.com, clearing your cache then going back to the site. You may have something stuck in your cache. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact your ISP. Sometimes they cache pages and their cache may be corrupted.

I got there with no problem :)

sob They hate me. Cleared cache and everything!

Everything worked fine here in both IE 6 and Netscape 6.2... Konquerer may cough up some probs with all that scripting, though. /P

See if you can connect to the IP address: 209.61.189.15 It may be a DNS issue. (The site name connects to a wrong part of the site due to a DNS server near you having wrong information. It's like using the number listed in the phone book, only to find out the phone number listed is wrong.)

Well kieraw, you are not alone. I get the same, even after a reload. :P

MadYuri ( ) posted Mon, 11 March 2002 at 1:22 PM

The IP works. Duh, kieraw you broke the internet, at least the DNS. ;)

Kiera ( ) posted Mon, 11 March 2002 at 1:24 PM

Yeah, I know how DNS works, but it didn't occur to me to check it. It looked like a misconfigured web server to me. Yuhp, the IP works. Such fun. =D
