Subject: NEEDED - New Clothes Models For The Millenium Girls

caleb68 ( ) posted Thu, 14 March 2002 at 6:40 AM · edited Tue, 18 February 2025 at 9:50 AM

Hi all, wondering if someone here is looking for a project to do, I need some new clothes models for the millenium girls, they don't have much in the way of clothes and if people would be willing to make them i'd defently be willing to buy them. I need stuff like Bikini suits, Dresses, and the like. The millenium girl clothes package doesn't come with much, just a shirt, skirt, a pair of pants and some shoes. There defently lacking in clothing and I haven't seen anyone making any, so it would be a good project for someone :) I know there is a call for it, but I totally suck at making conforming clothing :(

One reason that im looking for new millenium girl clothing is that i'd like to be able to have a wider selection of clothing for them, Another reason is that i'd like to be able to make cr2 files containing morph info for the clothing so that they can be used on my millenium girl Teen package (im currently working to on a major update for it) as well. I took a look at the poser fasion ones, there nice models, its too bad they have some major flaws in them (mesh seams splitting where they weren't wielded together) i like the fluffy dress but its got that problem :( I signed up to poserworld... still waiting to recieve my password information, looked threw there items and they do have some cute outfits for them :) hopefully i'll get the account info today so i can download :)

just a example here, this is what im looking to do far as morphs for my teen package, this is with the dress from poserfasion.net:

milclothsamp.jpg

two reasons behind it:
A) allowing more clothing to be used with the morph kit
B) helping other merchants/Artist become better known for there tallents.

For what it's worth, I'm working on getting up a pair of socks for the PT model (ankle, athletic, knee-high), but I have to get a better modeller before I can go too much further with it (working on a way of modifying a PT catsuit's legs to do it in the interim.) Oh, you can also get a PT catsuit from the Misty Blossom package in the R'osity marketplace; you'll need the Objaction Mover to do it, though. /P

Coming soon...I need a little time....

And about the flaws, caleb, you are right. You perhaps never read my original post : to answer the general demand when DAZ released these characters, I had only some hours left to make it before starting for holidays. When I posted it on my site, my wife was already in the car ready to go LOL. Here is the story of a split LOL

Serge! Welcome home lovely fellow! You did a great job in the time you had to deal with and it was an unexpected and wonderful present that you left there as you sped off with the wife! The dresses work fine if you are patient with posing too. Hugs to you and yours.. and a big thank you!
