i can't say i know anything about the new 1.6 ver..and can't seem to find anything on their website about it either...i have tried the "old" 1.52 ver,so everything i'm about to say is based on that version and may or may not still be true... assuming you can get the whole thing working right[i never really could]the resulting mesh's are at best a starting point.the standard P4 mesh's are several orders of magnitude better...truthfully if you have the skill to rework what comes out of this prog, you might as well just start from scratch,it'll be about the same amount of work!if you're looking for quick and nasty somewhat low poly character's for say video games or background use, maybe this might be useful but otherwise....
I have the creature creator for max. Its basically a set of interchangable body part meshes that attach correctly no matter the combination. I made some gillman monster guy with it. They have restrictions that you cannot redistribute their mesh nor any permutations like if you tesselated the mesh or deformed it. Making a monster and giving it out would be theft.

Just read ClintH's response to a question like this in the Product Showcase. Maybe something has changed. I would hope so!This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Has anyone bought the new Creature Creator program yet? It looks interesting, and is at a good price, but I would feel more comfortable puchasing it if I knew more about the quality of the body parts. The images shown in the store look a little cartoonish to me, but that may have been the point. Anyone have opinions yet?
