I've been following the growth of my crocuses since February when they started to poke their heads out of the ground....here they are!

I am, therefore I create.......

I should probably add that the first image is from Feb. 22nd, the middle from last week and the last is from today.

I noticed today that the neighbors' looked somewhere between your #2 and #3. This is a very nice series, Michelle. I go to the Chicago Botanic Gardens quite a lot, and this is as good as anything I've seen in their exhibits.

Magnificent green and purples! Happy Spring to you Michelle! Where I am, I'm waiting for the leaves to turn golden and start falling, so I can post some nice Autumn shots for you all... :-)>

Lovely shots Michelle, I like the way you put the three stages together, good representation of spring. My crocuses were a bit too brave, emerged weeks ago only to be completely flattened by torrential rain & gale force winds sigh, few daffodils are hanging on but it's so windy all my photos are a blur!! Now I'm waitting for the lambs ; )

How striking sequence..! ...And the crocuse are just very dearly beautiful... :-) BTW, I remember a hard rock or heavy metal band from the 1980s that was named as Krokus... ...Strange...

I'm an awful gardener....I just kind of stuck these in the ground and crossed my fingers....they knew what to do! :~)Thanks!

Lucky you, Michelle. I can't even grow bean sprouts! (no kidding) I'm a disgrace to my "green-thumb"-ed mother. This is a nice series of shots. Maybe we forum folks should do this more often (shooting the same subject at different intervals of time)? Waddyathink? (*

my poor crocus started blooming in time to be burried under three inches of snow!!!
