So, this is not ready yet(that tower is gonna moved juuuust a bit to the right.), but somehow I cant figure what to do next. There are 7 photos and some drawing combined to one. Should this be texturized? Colors be removed? Should there be something more, little figures maybe? Buildings? Or, is this simply ready? Got ideas? Original is 3000 pixels high, so loss of details are again massive. And, have a great weekend folx. .n

...and I'm gonna play with color balances bit more, so that house is not gonna stick out so much. .n

This looks fairly awesome as is, and I quite like the tower where it is...sort of looks dangerous! Maybe a little figure right on the lip of the cliff, to the left of the base of the tower? I really like it as is however, but you're the expert on these montage graphic compositions Niko! :-)>

Maybe sometime we should do a, "What would you do with it?" contest? I always like the texturization. As for content, it depends so much on what you are trying to say. I'd probably put dolphins leaping, or something. Which may not be the same type of thing you'd like. BTW, this is coming along very nicely. I really like the swirlly clouds and lens flares.

great one antoonio....what I'm thinking is a little dark, or it depends how ya look at it...but a figure in mid-air who obviously has leaped off the cliff in a diving position...or a girl figure really close to the foreground to the right of the image facing us and looking down crying..as if remembering this place and the sadness that got introduced to her here in the past...dont know..looks good like it is to tell ya the truth..

I mean, lower the saturation and you have a rainy day ;) or this, in your own style, hehe =) sorry, got carried away ;)

What an amazing piece of work as it is....although I like Rohy's idea of someone diving off from the top.

I am, therefore I create.......

I would say no to textures, and get a fairly large pic of your self to make you look giant, grasping onto the top edge of the cliff for dear life. Something tells me u were gonna do it anyways...

Slynky ( ) posted Fri, 15 March 2002 at 9:21 AM

oh, and make it a naked Vicki model... ;o)

bevchiron ( ) posted Fri, 15 March 2002 at 12:02 PM

I think you'd lose a lot from those rocks in the foreground with texture, I like the composition as is but the colour & light looks way too normal for you, I;m sure you could do something with colour/tone/light about that ; )

Where is the diving body? Definitely I agree a diving body. Or you could go for the surreal look and have a person flying off the cliff. How about a car comming off the cliff? Bsteph

I was trying to name and define my opinion to myself while reading through other comments, and then I encountered Rork's manipulations (esp. the 1st, but the second also being an interesting one), and then I encountered Bevchiron's comment of "the colour & light looks way too normal for you"... A bursting sun dominates the whole of the image, while a stormy sky enhances the other elements... Humbly yours... :)

JordyArt ( ) posted Fri, 15 March 2002 at 6:23 PM

I could see a woman, right in the foreground on the left hand side, looing over to a distant point past the cliff - just turned slightly away from us, and just half of her showing, the other half being off the side of the shot. She'd have her head turned slightly, just enough to make out the melancholy looks on her face....... sigh (",)

I think it is very good as it is. Despite that I wanted to play a bit with it. Rohypnol came with the idea of a diving person, but I saw someone flying to the light

PhrankPower ( ) posted Sun, 17 March 2002 at 1:45 AM

How about a mysterious woman standing on the edge, looking down? It's up to the viewer as to what she is up to... contemplating suicide? Remembering? Whatever, she's deep in some kind of thought.

Antoonio ( ) posted Mon, 18 March 2002 at 1:09 AM

...thanks guys. I agree, texturizing would spoil those rock textures. So woman in the edge it will be. I like that idea of leaping figure, but its bit too obvious. Gonna put her in to the edge. Hmmm, Bsteppers car idea is intresting too... Rork, that second pic is damn neat. Slenko, I actually was thinking about that giant thing, but got no suitable pics to put there, and NOT gonna use nekkid poserism. Jordyster and Rohnypper, girlie in foreground would be nice, but got no suitable pics in my libraries. Gun, intresting placement of that guy, I like it. Again, thank you all for your help. .n

Misha883 ( ) posted Mon, 18 March 2002 at 1:49 AM

...so, no one liked dolphins leaping? ;-( Rork #7 is pretty amazing.

Antoonio ( ) posted Mon, 18 March 2002 at 2:37 AM

Misha, idea is neat, but dolphins would be too small to see. And even those fellas are beautiful animals, they are not my style. Nothing personal dear. :o) .n

Misha883 ( ) posted Mon, 18 March 2002 at 7:01 PM

No problem, Niko. See #4 above. [But what about some REALLY BIG dolphins?] ;-/

LOL. If you want something done right, I guess you just... Seriously, sort of, that's why I usually do not post "improvements," as styles change so much. It is sort of a fun exercise though.

smile Misha, that looks neat. And I really like that watercolored look. .n
