I don't know if this is the right forum for this question, but how do you animate a gif? Like for an ad banner? I'm very light on tools, and a freeware technique would be preferred. I'm running Win 2000. Thanks!

Try the Animation Shop that comes with Paint Shop Pro 7.04 - it'll take only 5 minutes for you to learn and start using!!! ;)
