The second one is a morph target and texture - it can only be used for the model it was made for (p4male I assume?) and you will need to select the head of the figure and add the morph target, than apply the texture in order for the bear to appear. I think the first one may give a better effect - but it's hard to say. Lyrra
The quesiton is, are you making a long beard or a short beard? For short beards (mustaches, goatees) you can paint it on the texture and use a strong bumpmap. For longer beards you want to go with either a model or a morph/texture combo. What model are you using? Michaels come with beard morphs - the dork has some kicking around on the net. I tend to go with the model option - as you can do stuff with transparancy to make them look better.

The ones I download off of this site, I cant seem to get to work. Or can someone help me with these files. The second one comes with 2 obj files .tiff texture file, and this one I cant get to work at all. Any help would be appreciated.
