If you post your pictures here in the gallery and have had those pictures "trolled" in the comments by "the_pirate" (or anyone else), I want to know about it. There have been at least 5 that I'm aware of with comments from "the_pirate" such as, "This picture especially makes me puke!", "Pathetic picture like all your's!", and things like that. I gave the guy warning for doing such things a week or so ago, and I guess he's mad and taking it out on the Vue people. :( He has been banned from posting anything for 7 days. If he does it again, he will be banned permanently. If it happens again, want to know, please, because he isn't going to get away with it. This gosw for all trollers. Also, if you get any other trollings in the next couple of days by people who type with no capitals, seem like English is a second language, and do things such as use multiple exclamation points, I want to hear about that, as well. you can send me an IM if you wish to be anonymous. I will be removing those comments after I know that the site admins have seen them. Proof, you know. Again, I'm very sorry this had to happen in our otherwise quiet and friendly little Vue community here. :(

I never noticed very bad comments on the pictures; I suppose these type of remarks are quickly removed by the moderators... Yves

Yeah, Bernie, that's no good. I found a few other comments that guy made, too, on other pictures. I have sent him a warning. There will not BE a second warning for Vue gallery trolls.

I think the best thing one can do is to ignore those guys. Well, I don't understand why anyone should give ugly comments on a pictures. If I don't like it...well, don't comment. Full stop. Bernie, I think your image is quite funny. I know the "Tigerente" (in english: tiger duck) quite well. My cousin used to have a bicycle which had the same color ;o) Phil

First - still being very angry - I thought about writing a comment to his last picture like "Oh I love this picture!" and then rate a 1 (by "mistake") but that seemed - after cooling down - too childish. So followed the rule Phil mentioned. BTW - Phil, this tiger duck thingy was really an idea which I had when I was drunken and together with some friends in a pub. There a guy came in with a button on his jacket where there was writen on it something like "Tiger duck for Bundeskanzler" - LOL. ;-) Bernie

I already posted in the other thread, because I read it before this one.

I'm sorry Rynn. :( The comment has been removed, and again, I have hit the 7 day ban button for "the_pirate".
