Here are my two scourges of the neighbourhood: Alpha male And his psychotic "kid" brother who beat up my neighbour's rottie ;-) ~S
@ Cheryle: you name it :-)))) He is really a hunk - weighs about 10 Kilo, but he is not fat - just a big ol' Maine Coon. @ Spinner: Faust looks like a blue British Shorhair, is this right? Seems to be a big boy. And Mephisto, what can I say but Nomen es omen - beatin' up a poor Rottie, bad kitty ;-). I love black cats. My first cat was a black domestic shorthair and my Sneaky Pie is a black cat too. Nice pair of kitties do you have :-). Friederike

*Frederieke, My cats are what one could deem po' feline trash from the bad end of town, or pitbull-cats. No pedigree whatsoever, but they're -big-. I picked them up from the animal shelter, they're brothers. When standing normally upright, they reach up to approx. the middle of my calf. Your Maine Coon has a beautiful face :-) Do you draw him ? ~S
*spinner,
Pitbull-cats LOL that's a description and they are really big!
My first cat Isis and our last additon to the catgang, Twinkle*, are from the local shelter too. Our second cat Sneaky Pie was a stray - someday she sat in our garden and decided we are worth it to share her life with us. We tried to find out where she came from but no one seemed to miss her.
Apple Pie is my big Babybear :-) You should hear is voice, you would never think that this tiny little voice comes out of this big cat :-)))). His sister Autumn Flower is nearly as big as he is.
Wow, you all have wonderful kitties - we should ask nicely if we could get a catforum ;-).

LOL... it actually says "Cat Dish" ;) One of those things I personally would never have thought to buy ... Russell loves to dote on his kitty girls :)
Though I certainly have lavished out excess dollars on my bird...she has her own Food TREE to be able eat at the dinner table with us as a part of the family. And two cages, and a hair dryer, and more toys than most kids...
You know how to tell when you might love your bird too much? When your bird gets fresh fruit, hot cooked oatmeal, scrambled eggs, deli cheese, and fresh pasta for breakfast and your kid gets cold cereal ;)
