Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 23 7:38 pm)
Ok here we go..:) I am Anton. I made the Adventurers. Poser4 allows for clothes to behave like the figure they are made for. Conforming clothes can snap over the figure like paperdolls. The old way was to click on the cloths and apply the same pose as the figure. To conform go up to the menu and secect "Conform to". The secect "Figure 1" and it will pop on top. Figure parts that are completely covered by the clothing should be turned invisible by double clicking on them and unchecking "visible". The render them inside the clothing is pointless and not always a good idea unless the clothes are fat and chubby. Good Luck, Anton Always check your manual and read me files with products.

Is this your first time using Poser? Usually people don't buy products so quickly, especially from DAZ if they are very new to Poser. Email me if you have questions. antonk68@aol.com

Conform by: Select the Suit (try to have the BODY selected as opposed to Hip or Left Collar or something). Then in the Figure Menu on the top, select Conform To. A little selection box will appear listing figures in your scene. Select Figure 1 (which most likely is your Vicky) If that's not your Vicky, then select whichever figure in your scene you know is Vicky. Hit Ok and the suit will conform to Vicky in whatever pose she's currently in. And the suit will stay on her and follow her as you pose. REMEMBER: Now that the suit's on, remember when posing that you pose VICKY not the suit - the suit will follow because it's conformed to Vicky, posing a part of the suit, left arm let's say, does not always mean that Vicky will follow it - after all, she's not conformed to the suit, the suit's conformed to her.

I have trouble applying the DAZ3D Adventure suit to the figures. I can bring it up the posing window but it does not fit well on Vicky 2. The bootts are not on the feets and the bracers are floating in the air. The chest piece is not on the right place too. How to do this? Seravajan
