Okay, before the flames begin......... There is a chance, albeit a small one, that in his country they're not aware of the concept of "software piracy". So let's cut the boy some slack and be kind when we tell him that what he wants is just not possible and that maybe he could contact CL and see what they say. At the very least, maybe they'll send him vers 3. Pincel, send a note to Curious Labs -- you'll find a contact in the upper right corner of any page of Renderosity. Explain your case and see what they say. No promises, and frankly, it's probably unlikely at best, but you never know. Good luck.

You can buy it online from Curious Labs (see link in the top margin under Sponsors). There is a strict zero-tolerance policy here for trading in commercial software without paying for it. It's illegal and can get you banned from this site. If you are actually asking for help in buying a legal copy of poser, you should state it that way. Also, there are a couple of British Computer magazines that have included free copies of Poser 3 on their cover CDs recently. You can find order info for individual issues online at Future Publications, UK. I think the Mags were PC Plus & 3D World.

lol. Poser is a unique community in the sense that most of our resources were created from our own efforts. So unlike many other communities, we are very strongly agaist piracy which should be illegal in every country. It is wrong to give it to you and wrong for you to ask. Even if it's not available in your country, you can order it online (which can be delivered anywhere in the world). Besides CL, you can also order it from Amazon.com and Daz. I'd recommend getting it from daz because they include a free copy of their sampler CD with it and a $30 voucher for their store. All 3 charge the same price (US$ 219). If you really can't come up with that much then try to find one of the magazines with the poser CD in it (all of which cost under $10), which is a very economical way to get your foot in the Poser door (plus you'll be eligible to upgrade to 4 for only $99). I know $219 is a lot for some people (including myself), but once I finally scraped it together and ordered Poser I was glad i did, because It may cost a lot of money, but it's definitely worth it.... Also, check with Ebay. Sometimes Poser comes up for sale there (but the bidding goes up real fast when it does, even for poser 1, 2 and 3...

And if it is not available in your software shop then check bigger book store. I got mine in one because no software store was selling it in my nation. Seravajan
