Subject: Having problems with a DL

Greetings. Having problems with a download. I tried to DL an item and it wouldn't start, then it startted and DL'd but it came thru corrupt (Winzip wouldn't open it) now I am getting an SQL error. I think I might need Gypsy hair reset on my account so I can get it. Thanks.

Sorry we had a pinched ethernet cable to our database server--that's why you got the SQL error. It's fixed now, and I've reset your downloads. Please try again and let us know if you have any problems. Thanks, Jenifer
