are there any Poser3 Female head morphs?

The P3 and P4 female heads are the same geometry, so all the MTs work with both. You should be able to use any that you find for either figure.

With a morph manager prog you can 'steal' morphs from Poser 4 cr2 files (character files) for the Head and Fingers, but remember that P3 only handles a limited number of morphs (100 ?) for each model part. Check the free stuff for Poser utils.
