Will Poser 4 run in windows ME or XP? I'm thinking of buying it but my computers have ME and XP.

yes it runs with both, but if you can choose ,buy XP. nomore problems with poser hangup during rendering and so on! With XP i start my computer in the morning and it runs till evening without any blue screens or similar!!

Ok, thanks. I have two computers. One w/ Me and one w/ XP. I'll install it on the Xp machine.

Poser will run on Windows ME. I ran it that way for several months. Poser has to be one of the most ill-behaved programs I've seen in years. Any time something goes wrong, Poser has a fit, hangs up your computer, etc. I did musical operating systems once, between Windows ME, Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP. I was rudely reminded just how challenging Poser can be to "lesser operating systems." Poser will work on Windows ME. But since you have a choice, why not stick with Windows XP?!

I have ME on my notebook and run Poser, Hash, C4D and other programs on it without any problems so far. But my main stuffage is done on my win2k pro machine. Marque
