Has anybody been able to download this figure and does anybody know where I can find it? I can't locate it anywhere on the web.

The link in Free Stuff is broken. You might be able to contact TBKoen through the 3D Comic Collective. But even if you could download it, it wouldn't do you much good unless you also have the Dedicated Digital T-Rex, on which it is based.

Dedicated Digital offered the T-Rex as a freebie some time ago, but it is not available at this time. The company is getting ready to relaunch its website with new content, so maybe it'll be made available again.

Thank you very much for the responses. I will keep my eye out for TBKoen's rex through 3dcc and just snagged George D's T-rex as well. What can I say, I'm a dinosaur nut? Thanks again.
